We want every Fera Wear order to feel intentional, premium, and aligned with your expectations. If something is not right, our team is here to help.

30-day exchange window

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Manufacturing defects

Manufacturing defects are covered. If your item arrives with a production issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review and resolve the case.

Items not eligible

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, alteration, or missing original packaging may not qualify for exchange or return.

How to request an exchange

1. Contact support@ferawear.com or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Include your order number, item name, size, color, and reason for exchange.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or we made an error with the order.
